Demo SubmissionsHolier Than Thou Records Ltd is an independent record label established in June 1995. We focus on providing music promotion, PR and music managememt to our clients.
Working within a very strong and competitive market we arrange promotion campaigns for single and album releases (downloads or CDs). Our promotion and management activities generate radio airplay, reviews, studio interviews, live sessions and gigs.

How We Work
We contact music team members by personal email or phone to confirm airplays. The reaction we collect is playlists, airplay and Heads Of Music / DJs reviews and comments.
On receipt of radio reaction we encourage further support for the release, ranging from increased radio play, station giveaways, interviews, live sessions and gigs. We distribute radio stats, reviews and press releases to our music business contacts (booking agents, publishers and A&R) keeping them up to date with the artists development.
Music reaction is collected and transferred on to an excel spread sheet and promotion reports are updated every other Friday . On receipt of radio reaction The Label will encourage further support for as stated in the agreement.
Quality radio airplay is the most important platform for any artist or group to progress in the music industry today. Publishers, labels, management are all directly influences by the media. However PR and plugging is costly because of the repetitive nature of the work. Follow ups and correspondence are happening continually to push releases to the show producers and heads of music.
We offer various promotion packages so we can work with artist we are into and also keep our rates affordable. We do this by only targeting proactive stations with larger playlists and also have the freedom to plug music from a variety of genres.

Other services
Digital Release Management:
We distribute music to and via download sites such as iTunes, Emusic, Amazon and Napster We manage the complete release including format conversion and submission; if required we generate ISRC (International Standard Recording Code) and UPC (Unique Product Code). The artist receives 70% from music download sales and we supply quarterly statements.
CD Retail Distribution:
CD sales available to purchase from Amazon.co.uk and The Labels website, if required further national and world wide export distribution can be arranged via our distribution partners.
